
SGD 15 aims to maintain, restore and encourage sustainable use of terrestrial ecosystems, manage forests sustainably, fight desertification, and end and eradicate land degradation as well as biodiversity loss around the world by the end of 2030 through many initiatives and targets such as conservation of mountain ecosystems, including their biodiversity, in order to improve their capacity and offer benefits that are fundamental for sustainable development.
FCMS engages in tree-planting campaigns, biodiversity education, and environmental conservation projects. Students participate in research related to zoonotic diseases and ecosystem health, highlighting the connection between environmental balance and human well-being.
