SGD1 aims to eliminate all kinds of poverty around the world by the end of 2030 through many initiatives and identified targets. An example of these initiatives is eradicating extreme poverty for all humans globally, ensuring a substantial allocation of resources from various sources, and other targets.

FCMS supports poverty reduction through accessible education and healthcare outreach. The college offers scholarships, financial aid, and sponsored seats for deserving students, enabling upward mobility through quality education. Community clinics and student-led health campaigns provide free preventive care and health education to underprivileged populations, helping families improve health and livelihood outcomes.
