Fakeeh College of Medical Sciences Participates in the 3rd Jeddah Pharmacy Conference

The Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) Program at Fakeeh College of Medical Sciences participated in the 3rd Jeddah Pharmacy Conference, held under the patronage of King Abdulaziz University and the Saudi Pharmaceutical Society, with the attendance of distinguished academics and healthcare professionals from across the Kingdom.

Dr. Bisan Ali, Chair of the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, delivered a lecture titled:
“E-learning Platform in Pharmacy Curricula”,
highlighting the significance of digital learning in enhancing pharmacy education and improving student outcomes in modern academic settings.

Dr. Sabrin Bakhsh presented a lecture titled:
“Role of Hospital Pharmacist in Personalized Oncology Treatments”,
discussing the vital role of clinical pharmacists in providing personalized cancer care and supporting evidence-based medical practices.

Students from the fifth year and internship year of the Pharm.D. Program attended the conference, where Nadeen Hashim and Layan Al-Habshi, Pharm.D. interns, represented the Saudi Pharmaceutical Society Student Club.

The conference provided an excellent opportunity for networking and exchanging ideas among pharmacists across Saudi Arabia in various health, academic, and pharmaceutical industry sectors, contributing to the advancement of the pharmacy profession nationwide.
