FCMS, in collaboration with Blood Bank Laboratory Department at Dr. Soliman Fakeeh Hospital and Jeddah Municipality, held a blood donation drive led by 4th-year MLS students and interns. The event promoted awareness of blood donation benefits, achieving 19 donations and 50 screenings, benefiting 57 patients. It included educational activities, awareness booths, and gifts for participants, who also received volunteer hours via the Friends of Jeddah platform.
Open to the public.
To encourage voluntary blood donation, raise awareness about its health and humanitarian importance, support patients through a sustainable blood supply, and promote community participation and compassion.
