Awareness of Anxiety and Insomnia

Description

As part of the community service initiatives of Fakeeh College for Medical Sciences, FCMS staff and students conducted a hospital awareness campaign titled. The event aimed to educate patients about the link between anxiety and insomnia, highlighting their symptoms, causes, and mutual influence. Brochures and banners were prepared and distributed to raise awareness about prevention and management strategies. Students also organized giveaways and engaged with patients through informative discussions.

Goal

The goal of this campaign was to promote awareness about anxiety and insomnia, educate the public on their connection, and encourage healthy coping strategies to enhance overall mental and physical well-being.
