DESCRIPTION

As part of the community service initiatives of Fakeeh College for Medical Sciences, FCMS staff and students conducted Osteoporosis Awareness at DSFH to educate the public about bone health, risk factors, and prevention strategies. The event featured interactive booths, posters, and discussions highlighting the importance of calcium and vitamin D intake, weight-bearing exercise, and early screening for osteoporosis.

To raise awareness about osteoporosis prevention, encourage early detection, and promote healthy lifestyle practices to maintain bone strength and prevent fractures.
