The unit aims to manage the computer systems, functional operation, support the users. in using the Information Technology at FCMS.

Major Functions

  • Conducts training for students and faculty members.
  • Liaisons in any development and customization request from the FCMS Management with DSFH IT unit.
  • Acts as support Level 1 - FCMS Academic Management System Admin to support students and faculty members for any AMS problems, troubleshooting and to escalate the problems to Level 2 support - FCMS IT Department.
  • Follows, reviews and tests all new System requirements and train the users.
  • Setups prerequisites for the Academic Year and related procedures.
  • Manages the Student's Information System, train and support the users.
  • Manages the Survey System, create surveys as per the business needs and extract the survey’s results in readable format and statistical graphs.
  • Provides student progress feedback to primary instructors.
  • Manages the Attendance System for Staff, train and support the users.
  • Submits college systems deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Prepares college systems status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
