The HR is one of the major college’s units recently established and is charged with carrying out the college policies concerning recruitment of qualified academic, administrative, technical and services manpower and providing them with all that caters for the functional and psychological security in accordance with the college laws, by laws and regulations.

The HR is charged with follow up and carrying out the procedures appertaining to the appointment of the faculty members and all that is related thereto throughout their service at the college and with the implementation of the administrative and technical Staff and daily wages employees' procedures and follow up of their affairs as long as they serve with the college.

The HR unit is also responsible for securing entry visas for foreign countries, travel tickets to all those charged with official tasks outside  the kingdom and securing residence for non Saudi working at the college and implementation of the decisions related to securing suitable housing for the academic staff in addition to supervision and maintenance of their flats.
